Getting There
We caught a flight from Manchester to Amsterdam airport. From here we hopped on a train into Amsterdam city.
Accommodation
I would recommend Clink Noord Hostel to anyone looking for accommodation in Amsterdam.
Check-in is simple using the app. The rooms are spacious and clean and have code-locked doors. It’s a social hostel with a restaurant, bar and games room stocked with cards and board games.
Only a short walk from the hostel is a ferry that runs 24 hours a day and takes you to the other side of the river by Amsterdam Train Station.

Day One
September 13, 2022
We went directly from the airport to the hostel to drop off our bags; some rooms were ready for check-in, while others were not.

We had lunch and then went to a bar to play pool and have a drink before heading to the Anne Frank House and Body Worlds.

Body Worlds

We all regrouped for dinner, headed back to the hostel to freshen up and then went out to explore the bars and clubs.
Day two
September 14, 2022
We got up, had breakfast and then went to the meeting point for a bike tour. It rained the entire time and we were completely soaked.

Afterwards, some of us went to a restaurant for a light snack. The pancakes we ordered were delicious.
We then went to the ice bar before returning to the hostel to freshen up for the evening. We stopped by a restaurant for dinner before heading to the first bar on our pub crawl.

We had so much fun on the pub crawl. They started off playing drinking games and then in each bar gave us a scavenger hunt to complete. One which you could win a T-shirt.

Day 3
September 15, 2022
We got up and went to the Heineken Brewery, where we had fun and snapped photos.
